
Since 2005, we have been working with individuals and groups to help them enjoy the outdoors through adventure. For some that means functional, sports-specific workouts that encompass the outdoors, others enjoy team building that entails mini-adventure racing disciplines and for still others this means training plans to help individuals get fit for 12-hour endurance races.
