Individual and Team Outdoor Sports Coaching and Fitness Training

We coach and train clients in kayaking, rowing, mountain biking, road cycling, trail running, among other, more typical sports like soccer and rugby.  These are sports that we have competed in individually, or as part of multisport adventure triathlons or adventure races.

We are available to coach clients in the following areas:

1.  Kayaking (sprint and marathon races) and rowing,

2.  Cross country mountain bike racing,

3.  Endurance mountain bike racing (12/24 hour and 100Km races),

4.  Trail running for everything from a 5K to trail marathon

5.  Soccer, rugby and other more "typical" sports.

You may not be ready (or think you're not ready) to compete in these areas.  Then, let's get you started with skill building and work towards competition!
