In our definition, an "adventure athlete" is anyone that wants to improve their fitness and entertains the possibility of experiencing the awesome adventure that happens when you enter an outdoor athletic event.

The Who:

1.  Individuals just starting to work out to improve their cardiovascular fitness for anything from a 5K run to trail marathon or long distance endurance competition,

2.  Outdoor athletes that want to take their fitness to the next level in soccer, rugby, rowing, running, cycling or other event

3.  Endurance-specific athletes that compete in adventure races, endurance mountain bike competitions and longer trail running or kayak events.

The How:

1.  General and sport-specific workouts specific to the needs of your sport.

2.  Proven endurance training workouts combined with sophisticated computer monitoring and testing unlike what you will find anywhere else!
