Have you ever
thought of working out in the outdoors year
around? Being outside with a group of
people enjoying the clean air and
nature? We can offer you an individual
or group program in:
-strength and conditioning,
-balance and agility, or
-total body circuit training workouts
The groups
start with a series of functional exercises
(that don't leave out the fun!), followed with an aerobic
component to strengthen the aerobic capacity
of our clients and end with a fun,
"pick an exercise" game.
