  Sports-specific Adventure Training and Fitness Groups.  
 


We offer many types of options for the sports-specific athlete, or individual looking to increase the skills/fitness in one sport of a multisport endeavor.  Some examples include:

Outdoor Workouts
Take advantage of clean air and a clear mind to do you weekly workout(s) outdoors!  We will work with you to help you develop a fun workout in the great outdoors to change things up and give you the benefit of a renewed spirit and mind.

Sports-specific fitness groups

We work with groups (but are happy to work with individuals, too!) in sports-specific fitness areas.  Groups of 2-4 individuals can spend the 1-1.25 hours kayaking, mountain biking, trail running or climbing to work on endurance, speed and/or skills drills for an aerobic workout that is fun and enjoyable at the same time.  The possibilities are endless and your group and trainer will come up with the activities that you want to do.

Sports-specific workout programs to supplement your outdoor sport
We will develop and coach you through a functional workout plan that will strengthen you for your sports and life activities.  This workout is for you to supplement your sport-specific workouts in the gym.  It will focus on the skills and strength areas that are needed for you to excel at your chosen sport.
